彩色沥青冷补料的养护要注意什么?

春季:要防止路面构造发作而形成冻胀,在路面表层有水痕的部位,需求在路肩路基边坡处挖排水渗沟,将冬季蓄积的雨水排到构造之外。也可在彩色沥青路面上覆撒干土,干土一方面能够吸收路面构造中的水分,另一方面还可减缓热量沿路面构造下传的速度,使路面构造中的冻水迟缓消融,并自行逐渐浸透到排水沟中,防止路面构造发作溶融性破怀。

冬季:要将纵横裂痕处打扫洁净,用液化气将缝壁加热至粘性状态后,再把沥青或沥青砂浆(在低温湿润时节宜喷洒乳化沥青),喷抹到缝中,再匀撒一层2~5mm的枯燥干净石屑或粗砂加以维护,后用轻型压路机将矿料碾压。假如是细小的裂痕,则要预先用盘式铣刀停止扩宽,再按上述办法做处置,沿裂痕涂刷少量稠度较低的沥青。
