沥青混凝土路面现场热再生施工工艺

就地热再生:这种再生法就是利用沥青路面热再生联合机组来就地完成沥青路面的热再生修复。原有路面材料100%地利用,不需要搬运废料及废弃物堆放场地,可减少环境污染;能够改变个别 的混合料成分,以便给定沥青    混合料的佳配比;可以快速就地再生,并随着工程进度开放道路交通,对交通干扰小,现在国外应用很广。

The on-site thermal regeneration of asphalt pavement refers to the 100% completion of the original asphalt pavement regeneration on site. 沥青路面的老化主要是其沥青中轻质组分减少,石料的少量损失,沥青路面就地热再生通过添加再生剂调节旧沥青路面中老化沥青的化学组分,来恢复老化沥青的性能,同时补充少量新拌沥青混合料来调整原有沥青混合料级配,以达到沥青路面再生效果。
The aging of asphalt pavement is mainly due to the reduction of lightweight components in its asphalt and a small amount of loss of stone materials. The thermal regeneration of asphalt pavement is achieved by adding regenerants to adjust the chemical components of aging asphalt in the old asphalt pavement, in order to restore the performance of aging asphalt. At the same time, a small amount of fresh asphalt mixture is added to adjust the grading of the original asphalt mixture, in order to achieve the effect of asphalt pavement regeneration.
新沥青混合料和再生剂按需要比例加入。通常新沥青混合料控制在再生混合料质量的30%以内。各种材料的添加率根据原沥青路面性能分析及其实验室配合比设计,并符合相应的混合料规范而确定。

依据所使用的工艺可将现场热再生细分为三种,即耙松整形再生、重铺再生和复拌再生。
According to the process used, on-site thermal regeneration can be divided into three types, namely raking and shaping regeneration, re laying regeneration, and re mixing regeneration.
1、耙松整形再生:先用加热设备把沥青路面烤热软化,然后用设备本身自带的耙松装置将路面耙松整形,同时添加再生剂,然后用压路机碾实 。

2、重铺再生:先用加热设备把沥青路面烤热软化,接着铣刨旧沥青层,不同的是将铣刨下来的沥青料直接进行摊铺,紧接着在其上面再摊铺一层新的沥青混合料,然后用压路机碾实。

The difference is that the milled asphalt material is directly spread, and then a new layer of asphalt mixture is laid on top of it, and then compacted with a roller.
3、复拌再生:先用加热设备把沥青路面烤热软化,再用铣刨机铣刨旧沥青层,然后按一定比例添加再生剂再添加用来调整集配的新料,搅拌后将混合料收集排放到摊铺机上进行摊铺,用压路机碾实。

Re mixing and regeneration: First, use heating equipment to heat and soften the asphalt pavement, then use a milling machine to mill the old asphalt layer, and then add a certain proportion of regeneration agent before adding new materials for adjusting the mixing. After mixing, collect and discharge the mixture onto the paver for paving, and use a roller to compact it.
