旧水泥混凝土路面加铺沥青面层施工工艺

1 旧路面处理方案
1. Old road surface treatment plan
针对路面破碎程度较轻的,可先铣刨拉毛旧混凝土路面,再将错台磨平,随后清理干净路面板接缝沥青脱落老化位置,做好再次灌缝作业。如部分位置存在断缝、断裂情况,可选混凝土进行修复,并将沥青碎石调平层、沥青混凝土层加铺其上。应凿除、修补因旧沥青混凝土路面老化破碎、裂缝等病害出现的坑槽,并铣刨、清理旧路网裂、龟裂位置,随后将沥青碎石调平层、沥青混凝土面层进行铺筑。

2 喷洒粘层油

首先需要对旧水泥砼路面进行清理,避免存在杂物或者浮土,影响沥青面层与路面之间的粘合。在清理完成之后采用高压水枪冲刷路面,保证水泥砼路面表层的整洁。在选择沥青粘层油材料时,应根据沥青面层的要求,使其粘结力能够满足施工的要求。其次是对于青粘层油材料用量的控制,若用量过大可能会导致摩擦系数较低,影响二者之间的粘结力,严重的情况下还可能会导致反射裂缝的出现。

3 铺设土工布

为了有效的避免在后期使用的过程中出现反射裂缝,需要在水泥砼路面上铺设土工布。待路面达到一定的标准之后,即可将进行土工布的铺设施工,在此过程中应保证土工布拉伸的延展性,使其与水泥砼路面紧密的结合在一起。相邻两块土工布之间应有重合的部位,其中横向搭接的宽度控制在8—10cm,纵向宽度控制在4—5cm。两幅土工布搭接的部位需前后衔接,在搭接处可用粘层油进行固定。在土工布铺设完成之后,需要对铺设的质量进行检测,及时处理不平整或者打皱的部位。

4 沥青面层施工

(1)沥青混合料的拌合与运输。根据施工现场的地质条件和公路工程的通行需求,选取相应规格的沥青材料,并对其各项性能进行检测,组织技术人员在充分了解材料性能的基础之上设计配合比,并通过试配确定最佳的配合比例,保证沥青混合料的质量能够满足施工要求。
(1) Mixing and transportation of asphalt mixtures. Based on the geological conditions of the construction site and the traffic requirements of the highway engineering, select corresponding specifications of asphalt materials and test their various properties. 在正式拌合的过程中,应按照配合比设计的要求拌制混合料,合理的控制拌合时间与温度。沥青混合料拌制完成之后,应及时采用运输车辆运送至施工现场,在运输时应做好覆盖工作,防止沥青混凝土的温度受到外界因素的影响,同时也有效的避免了撒漏现象。

(2)沥青混合料的摊铺。在混合料摊铺之前,应先对运输至现场的沥青混凝土进行检测,保证其温度能够满足施工的要求。其次是对摊铺机运行速度的控制,确保其处于匀速运行的状态,禁止出现紧急加速或减速的现象,确保摊铺的平整程度。同时注意对摊铺温度的控制,一般情况下摊铺时沥青混合料的温度应保持在110—165℃之间,摊铺作业完成后应检测摊铺的质量,若存在摊铺不平整的部分,则需要及时组织施工人员进行人工摊铺,提高沥青混凝土摊铺的质量。

Secondly, it is necessary to control the operating speed of the paver to ensure that it operates at a uniform speed, and to prohibit emergency acceleration or deceleration to ensure the smoothness of the paving process. (3)沥青混合料的碾压。在沥青混合料碾压的过程中需要用到压路机,碾压工作开始之前应先对压路机的使用性能进行检查,排除潜在的机械故障,避免影响正常的施工进度。在初压施工完成之后,應根据相应的标准对路面的平整度进行检测,同时检查路拱的设置是否满足施工要求,对于存在问题应及时采取修整措施。在碾压的过程中一般采用交替碾压的方式,压路机的停留点保持10m以上的距离。
(3) Rolling of asphalt mixture. During the rolling process of asphalt mixture, a roller is required. Before starting the rolling work, the performance of the roller should be checked to eliminate potential mechanical faults and avoid affecting the normal construction progress. 3.5 接缝处理

在施工的过程中,由于在接缝处容易出现相关的路面病害,因此需要尽量减少接缝的数量,使得路面处于相对稳定的状态。在设置横向接缝时,一般情况下应采用平接缝,相邻两幅之间接缝的错位应超过100mm,保证横向接缝的紧密连接。采用压路机进行横向碾压。另外是对于冷接缝的处理,冷接缝的位置应预留在车道标线处,上下层接缝的错位保持在300—400mm之间。
