工作前应将洒布机车轮固定，检查高压胶管与喷油管联接是否牢固，油嘴和节门是否畅通，机件有无损坏。检查确认完好后，将喷油管预热，安装喷头，经过在油箱内试喷后，才可以正式喷洒。

3、喷洒沥青时应该注意哪些?

喷洒沥青时，手柄的喷油管部分应加缠旧麻袋或石棉绳等隔热材料。操作时，喷头严禁向上。喷头附近不得站人，不得逆风操作。
When spraying asphalt, the fuel injection pipe part of the handle should be wrapped with old gunny bags or asbestos ropes and other heat insulation materials. During operation, the nozzle shall not be upward. No one is allowed to stand near the nozzle or operate against the wind.
4、济南沥青料摊铺机应遵守哪些规定?

(1)驾驶台及作业现场要视野开阔，一切有碍工作的障碍物。作业时无关人员不得在驾驶台上逗留。驾驶员不得擅自离位。

(2)运料车向摊铺机卸料时，应协调动作，同步行进，防止互撞。

(3)换挡须在摊铺机完全停止进行，严禁强行挂挡和在坡道上换挡或空挡滑行。
