沥青混凝土路面现场热再生

就地热再生:这种再生法就是利用沥青路面热再生联合机组来就地完成沥青路面的热再生修复。原有路面材料100%地利用,不需要搬运废料及废弃物堆放场地,可减少环境污染;能够改变个别 的混合料成分,以便给定沥青 混合料的最佳配比;可以快速就地再生,并随着工程进度开放道路交通,对交通干扰最小,现在国外应用很广。
On site geothermal regeneration: This regeneration method utilizes a combined unit of asphalt pavement thermal regeneration to complete on-site thermal regeneration and repair of asphalt pavement. The on-site thermal regeneration of asphalt pavement refers to the 100% completion of the original asphalt pavement regeneration on site. 沥青路面的老化主要是其沥青中轻质组分减少,石料的少量损失,沥青路面就地热再生通过添加再生剂调节旧沥青路面中老化沥青的化学组分,来恢复老化沥青的性能,同时补充少量新拌沥青混合料来调整原有沥青混合料级配,以达到沥青路面再生效果。

依据所使用的工艺可将现场热再生细分为三种,即耙松整形再生、重铺再生和复拌再生。
