沥青混凝土路面透层的施工工艺要求

沧黄高速公路选用煤油稀释90号沥青作为透层材料,有关技术指标符合道路用液体石油沥青AL(M)一2标准要求。
The Canghuang Expressway uses kerosene diluted 90 # asphalt as the prime coat material, and the relevant technical indicators meet the requirements of the AL (M) -2 standard for liquid petroleum asphalt for road use.
依据常识,煤油用量越大,渗透效果越好,但是沥青含量低,就满足不了透层对基层固结、稳定、联结、防水的作用要求,所以合格的产品必须同时符合渗透和粘度要求。
According to common sense, the larger the amount of kerosene used, the better the permeability effect. However, if the asphalt content is low, it cannot meet the requirements for the consolidation, stability, connection, and waterproofing of the base layer. Therefore, qualified products must meet both permeability and viscosity requirements.
在生产煤油稀释沥青时粘度要求不小于规范要求的小值,经过反复的试配,结合洒布效果确定配合比为,沥青:煤油=58:42(重量比)。
When producing kerosene diluted asphalt, the viscosity requirement is not less than the minimum value required by the specification. After repeated trial mixes and combined with the distribution effect, the mix ratio is determined as: asphalt: kerosene=58:42 (weight ratio).
煤油稀释沥青的生产
Production of Kerosene Diluted Asphalt
由于煤油极易溶解沥青,以往经验是根据配合比将沥青加入煤油中人工进行搅拌,但是这样煤油与沥青不能充分融合,容易分离。
Due to the high solubility of kerosene in asphalt, previous experience has shown that asphalt is manually mixed with kerosene based on the mix ratio. However, in this way, kerosene and asphalt cannot fully blend and are easily separated.
基于这种情况,我们加工制作了煤油稀释沥青搅拌罐,为了防止沥青温度过高造成煤油极度挥发,将沥青温度加热120C,沥青与煤油用量通过流量计控制。
Based on this situation, we have processed and produced a kerosene diluted asphalt mixing tank. In order to prevent excessive evaporation of kerosene caused by high asphalt temperature, the asphalt temperature is heated to 120C, and the amount of asphalt and kerosene is controlled through a flow meter.
按配合比加入沥青和煤油后,在搅拌罐中搅拌30min后将成品打入沥青洒布车。为了防止煤油与沥青分离,当天生产的成品液体沥青当天用完。
After adding asphalt and kerosene according to the mix ratio, mix for 30 minutes in a mixing tank and then pour the finished product into the asphalt distributor truck. To prevent the separation of kerosene and asphalt, it is best to use up the finished liquid asphalt produced on the same day.
煤油稀释沥青的洒布

洒布前,人工对基层要做一次彻底的清扫,将基层表面的杂物、浮尘干净,如有泥土时,则采用水车冲洗。对于水泥碎石基层表面粗糙,扫帚清扫不彻底,则采用风力灭火器将其吹净。
Before spraying, a thorough manual cleaning of the base layer should be carried out to remove debris and floating dust from the surface of the base layer. If there is soil, a water truck should be used for flushing. If the surface of the cement crushed stone base is rough and the broom cleaning is not thorough, use a wind fire extinguisher to blow it clean.
基层清扫完成后,经检验验收合格,用洒水车向基层洒适量的水湿润,以便煤油稀释沥青更好地渗入基层。煤油稀释沥青洒布采用智能沥青洒布车作业,车中的微电脑能够准确地控制煤油稀释沥青的洒布量。

沥青洒布车以8km/h的速度匀速行驶,洒布作业前将数值输入电脑,洒布作业时,电脑即可自动控制。对于加宽路面、桥头等机械施工不便的部位,用该车配备的手动喷洒枪进行喷洒。洒布桥面前用油毡将护栏等部位覆盖,防止污染。
The asphalt distribution truck travels at a constant speed of 8km/h, and the numerical values are input into the computer before the distribution operation. During the distribution operation, the computer can automatically control it. For areas that are inconvenient for mechanical construction such as widened road surfaces and bridge heads, use the manual spray gun equipped with the vehicle for spraying. Cover the guardrail and other parts with felt in front of the spray bridge to prevent pollution.
煤油稀释沥青洒布量控制在既能达到渗透效果叉不在表面形成油膜为宜,洒布前需对基层表面做细致观察,确定洒布量,防止洒布量过多出现流淌或洒布量不足出现花白现象,尽量做到不补洒。
The distribution amount of kerosene diluted asphalt should be controlled to achieve penetration without forming an oil film on the surface. 根据水泥碎石基层表面的粗糙程度,洒布量一般控制0.6~0.8 kg/m。

根据试配产品合格的试验结果,结合乳液罐的容积,计算出需要加入的乳化剂、丁苯胶乳(阳离子)的数量。
The quantity of emulsifier and styrene butadiene latex (cation) to be added is calculated according to the qualified test results of trial products and the volume of lotion tank.
当乳液罐中水的温度达N6o C时,先将乳化剂加入,通过搅拌器将乳化剂充分溶解后再加入丁苯胶乳。
When the temperature of water in the lotion tank reaches N6o C, the emulsifier is added first, and the emulsifier is fully dissolved through the mixer before adding styrene butadiene latex.
所用70号重交沥青加热温度不宜太高,一般加热温度达到130 C后即可生产,沥青、乳液的用量通过乳化设备的计量器控制,乳液和沥青经过胶体磨研磨后生产出的液体即为SBR改型乳化沥青。

乳化沥青生产出来后,试验室需对沥青含量进行检测,合格后将改性乳化沥青先打入成品罐后再装车。
After the production of emulsified asphalt, the laboratory needs to test the asphalt content. After passing the test, the modified emulsified asphalt is first poured into the finished tank and then loaded into the vehicle.
生产的改性乳化沥青当天用完,因特殊情况没有用完的乳化沥青在储存罐中存放时,要不间断地煤油稀释沥青作业时要根据天气情况作业,遇大风、降雨、路面潮湿时不得进行洒布作业。
It is best to use the modified emulsified asphalt produced on the same day. If the emulsified asphalt is not used up due to special circumstances, it should be stored in storage tanks. When continuously diluting the asphalt with kerosene, the operation should be carried out according to the weather conditions. In case of strong winds, rainfall, or wet road surfaces, spraying operations should not be carried out.
透层施工完成后封闭交通24 h以后可进行沥青混凝土下面层的铺装,如果不能及时施工,派专人对施工的段落进行看护,并设置醒目的标志,禁止非施工车辆通行,避免造成污染。
After the completion of the prime coat construction and the closure of traffic for 24 hours, the paving of the asphalt concrete lower layer can be carried out. If the construction cannot be carried out in a timely manner, a dedicated person should be assigned to guard the construction section and set up eye-catching signs.
