水稳的材料组成要注意什么?
水稳是水稳层的简称,全称为水泥稳定碎石层。水稳层是用水泥固结剂配比碎石头,通过压力使路面基层更结实。作为高等级路面的主要组成部分之一,水稳层能与路基结合,具有一定硬度,可保证公路结实度的同时节约建筑用料。水稳层需与面层良好结合,才能有足够的平坦度和结实度,以及较好的抗水能力、稳定性及硬度。
Water stable layer is the abbreviation of water stable layer, and its full name is cement stabilized crushed stone layer. The water stable layer is a mixture of cement consolidation agent and crushed stones, which makes the pavement base more solid through pressure. As one of the main components of high-grade pavement, the water stable layer can effectively combine with the roadbed, has a certain hardness, and can ensure the firmness of the highway while saving construction materials. The water stable layer needs to be well combined with the surface layer to have sufficient flatness and firmness, as well as good water resistance, stability, and hardness.
水稳材料主要由粒料和灰浆体积组成。粒料为级配碎石,灰浆体积包括水和胶凝材料,胶凝材料由水泥和混合材料组成。水泥作为集合料的一种稳定剂,其质量对集料的质量是关重要的,施工时选用终凝时间较长,标号较低的水泥。为使稳定土有足够的时间进行拌和、运输、摊铺、碾压以及保证其具有足够的强度,不应使用快凝水泥、早强水泥以及受潮变质水泥。
Water stable materials are mainly composed of granular materials and mortar volume. The granular material is graded crushed stone, and the mortar volume includes water and cementitious materials. The cementitious materials are composed of cement and mixed materials. Cement, as a stabilizer of aggregates, its quality is crucial to the quality of aggregates. Cement with a longer final setting time and lower grade should be selected during construction. In order to provide sufficient time for mixing, transportation, paving, rolling and ensuring sufficient strength of the stabilized soil, fast setting cement, early strength cement, and damp deteriorated cement should not be used.
混合材料分活性和非活性两大类。活性材料是指粉煤灰等物质,可与水泥中析出的氧化钙作用。非活性材料是指不具有活性或活性甚低的人工或天然的矿物材料,对这类材料的品质要求是材料的细度和不含有害的成分。

应用人工集配碎石,道路工程用做底基层时集料的粒径不应超过40mm,用做基层时,集料的粒径不应超过30mm。
