要严格控制碎石级配,以保证原材料的稳定性。碎石最好是定山厂、定筛孔尺寸,建议山场破碎机采用35mm、22mm、6mm的筛孔规格。碎石的压碎值≦30%,硫酸盐含量<0.25%。

(1)应配备产量大于400T/H的拌和机,拌和机至少要有五个进料斗,应配置2个50T的水泥罐或1个80~100T的水泥罐,并配有大容量的储水箱。所有料斗、水箱和水泥罐应配备高精度电子计量器,并经有资质的计量部门进行标定后方可使用。

运输过程中的质量控制

(1)运送混合料的车辆应采用大吨位的自卸车,并且数量满足施工要求,以保证拌和摊铺的连续性和均匀性。

(2)运送混合料的车辆应配备覆盖混合料的帆布或彩条布,严禁混合料暴晒。接料时车辆应前后移动,避免混合料产生离析。

摊铺过程中的质量控制

摊铺水泥稳定碎石基层前应将作业面内的软土、浮土、积水等清除干净,同时将作业面内的表面洒水湿润。
