水泥稳定碎石具备的特点
1.1优点(1)早期强度高,短时间内(5~7天)可获提2.0MPa以上的强度。(2稳定性好;结构层本身具有一定的通透性,受水份影响较小。(3)可以根据设计需要,通过改变其组成设计,而调整所需要的强度,而其它结构层的强度则受材料本身制约较大。(4)机械化施工,质量好,进度快小段落的零星工程,可以采用简易机械或人工拌和摊铺,灵活而经济。

1.2缺点⑴)强度形成以后易产生干缩裂缝,裂缝是水泥稳定碎石主要病害之一能够引起上面层的开裂,而导致雨季时路基浸水,引起路堤早期破坏,缩短路的使用寿命。(2)施工时易离析。(3)强度形成后在车轮等外力作用下,表面易被剥落、磨耗。(4)延迟时间短,即从拌和到碾压成型要在较短的时间内完成,要求施工节奏紧凑,对设备临时故障要有预防措施,以免造成材料浪费。(5)一般虚铺厚度大,碾压对平整度有不良影响。

2水泥稳定碎石作用原理

水泥稳定碎石是以级配碎石作骨料,采用一定数量的胶凝材料和足够的灰浆体积填充骨料的空隙按嵌挤原理摊铺压实。其压实度接近于密实度,强度主要靠碎石间的嵌挤锁结原理,同时有足够的灰浆体积来填充骨料的空隙。它的初期强度高,并且强度随龄期而增加很快结成板体,因而具有较高的强度,抗渗度和抗冻性较好。水稳水泥用量一般为混合料3%~7%,7天的无侧限抗压强度可达1.5%~4.0%MPa,较其他路基材料高。水稳成活后遇雨不泥泞,表面坚实,是路面的理想基层材料。
